Event Description:
Join us for an all-inclusive culinary experience aboard the Excelsior Springs Chamber Trolley! The tour starts with an amazing appetizer experience of shrimp cocktail with a decadent summer sweet cantaloupe watermelon relish and your choice of a Moscato or Vidal Blanc by the glass inside one of Excelsior's most loved bistro's; Willow Spring Mercantile. From there, guests board the trolley and head to Elms 88 Restaurant where you will begin your dining experience with fresh baked sourdough bread and herb whipped butter, a house salad of mixed greens, roasted red pepper, gorgonzola, toasted walnuts, with red wine vinaigrette. The main entree will be pan seared chicken thigh atop mushroom farro rissoto with broccolini with marcona almond pesto then paired with a delicious flavorful wine that will leave your tastebuds dancing for more. The final stop will be at one of Excelsior Springs most loved hidden gems nestled in the countryside with plenty of beautiful scenery to get lost in. Here you will enjoy a delicious sweet Baklava paired with a savory glass of dessert wine.


*If you have any special dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you register and our venues will do their best to accommodate.

*If you are part of a group, please let us know who is in your party, so we can set tables accordingly.
Location:
Guests are asked to arrive for check-in by 4:15pm at Willow Spring Mercantile located at 249 E Broadway St. Parking is available in the parking lot at Broadway St & Elizabeth St or anyplace along Broadway St.
If you need the trolley to pick you up from the Elms or Inn on Crescent Lake or any of the other overnight accommodations in town, please let us know in the comments section upon registering.

*COVID-19 update: If you have tested positive within the 14 days of this trolley wine tour or are currently waiting on COVID19 test results prior to this tour or have recently visited a COVID "hot spot", we ask that you cancel your reservation or move your reservation to a later date for your safety and that of the other passengers.  For passengers, you are asked to wear a mask aboard the trolley. You will need a mask upon entering and exiting some of the venues so we ask that you bring one if you have it. However should you forget, the trolley driver will have some availabe too. The trolley will be wiped down and sanitized at each venue after passengers have exited.  Hand sanitizer is available to use on the trolley. We ask that you please leave distance between groups and do not crowd others as you are entering and exiting the trolley. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Fees/Admission:
Tickets are $99 per person and are all-inclusive of transportation, a progressive dinner with appetizer, entree and dessert and wine pairings at each stop. You will arrive hungry and leave quite satisfied. Additional drink or food purchases with gratuity are up to each guest. Trolley driver tip is not included but much appreciated..
