Event Description:
Join us for an all-inclusive culinary experience aboard the Excelsior Springs Chamber Trolley! The tour starts with an amazing appetizer experience at one of the most beautiful wineries around, Van Till Family Farm Winery. Here you will be surrounded by beautiful scenery while enjoying a delicious appetizer as it pairs wonderfully with the wine choice chosen for you.  Next, sit back and relax on your 20-minute Trolley ride back into Excelsior Springs before stopping at our next venue, Ventana Gourmet Grill, owned and operated by two sisters Jill & Wendy, you are sure to enjoy the delicious main course as it pairs great with the handpicked wine's they've chosen. Lastly, you will be swept away to yet another hidden gem location, Four Horses & A Dog Winery. Opened by friends with a lifelong dream, here you will be treated like family in this small intimate setting while enjoying dessert & wine, picked especially for you. 

*If you have any special dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you register and our venues will do their best to accommodate.
*If you are part of a group, please let us know who is in your party, so we can set tables accordingly.

Guests are asked to arrive between 3:50pm- 4pm for check-in and can park in the parking lot across the street from:
402 SOUTH ST
Excelsior Springs, MO 64024.
The trolley will be parked in this public lot awaiting your arrival. Once the tour is over, guests will be brought back to this public lot to their cars.

Check-in between 3:50pm - 4:05pm in the parking lot at
402 South St, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024. 
The trolley MUST depart at 4:05pm, PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE, we cannot wait for you to start the tour, your promptness is appreciated.

Appetizer experience begins at 4:30pm
Trolley will return to the parking lot around 8:30pm once the tour is finished.

Fees/Admission:
Tickets are $99 per person and are all-inclusive of transportation, a progressive dinner with appetizer, entree and dessert and wine pairings at each stop. Additional drink or food purchases are up to each guest.
In a continued effort to maintain the competitively priced Trolley Experiences, the Chamber has
implemented a small surcharge fee to help offset the recent influx in fuel prices. 
Trolley driver tip is not included.


*COVID-19 update: If you have tested positive within the 14 days of this trolley tour or are currently waiting on COVID19 test results prior to this tour, we ask that you cancel your reservation or move your reservation to a later date for your safety and that of the other passengers. Blauvelt Law Firm has generously donated masks making them available on the trolley for anyone who may not have one or forgot to bring one & wants one. The trolley will be wiped down and sanitized at each venue after passengers have exited.  Hand sanitizer is available to use on the trolley. We ask that you please leave distance between groups and do not crowd others as you are entering and exiting the trolley. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
