Event Description:

Join us for an all-inclusive culinary experience aboard the Excelsior Springs Star Shuttle!

Your experience begins with an amazing appetizer & wine pairing from Willow Spring Mercantile. Here, host & owners, Jim & Daphne Bowman will show off their culinary skills alongside their beautiful, quaint boutique shop. Their shop holds the state's largest selection of Missouri Wines. You are sure to fall in love quickly with their wine cellar & bistro.

Next up on the tour is Shamrock Hills Vineyard & Winery. Here you will enjoy a delicious meal paired with award-winning Four Horses & A Dog wine. Shamrock Hills purchased Four Horses & A Dog and will continue to use their delicious wines until their grapes have matured. Shamrock plans to plant 4 acres of wines in the early Spring days of 2023. 

Lastly, Let's enjoy a delightful dessert & wine pairing at Fence Stile Vineyards & Winery. Fence Stile is situated on 55 acres of land and has 8 varieties of grapes making up 10 acres of vineyards. Guests can enjoy wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, mimosas, and sangrias while they enjoy live music, movies on the patio, firepit Fridays, yoga, food and wine pairings, and many more seasonal activities.  Indoor and outdoor space is available.


*If you have any special dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you register and our venues will do their best to accommodate.
*If you are part of a group, please let us know who is in your party, so we can set tables accordingly.
 

Trolley Wine Tour Rules & Etiquette

  1. No outside alcohol or coolers will be allowed - only alcohol purchased throughout the day may be enjoyed on the trolley.

  2. Be respectful of other trolley tour guests.

  3. Be respectful of the trolley driver. You will be asked to stay aboard the trolley or get taken back to your car early if you get to intoxicated.

  4. Be respectful while winery staff showcase their wines and are talking.

  5. Any damages or messes made on the trolley or at the winery will incur a $150 clean-up fee debited from your credit card that same day.

  6. The Excelsior Springs Trolley staff are not responsible for personal belongings left of the trolley.

PURCHASING A TROLLEY WINE TOUR TICKET MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE RULES ABOVE.

Guests will park in the parking lot at Broadway & Elizabeth intersection OR street parking is available.
Willow Spring Mercantile is adjacent to this lot. Here is where the tour begins.

Fees/Admission:
Tickets are $105 per person and are all-inclusive of transportation, a progressive dinner including an appetizer, entree, and dessert alongside wine pairings at each stop. Additional drink or food purchases are up to each guest.

12oz Insulated Wine Tumblers available for $20

The Chamber reserves the right to cancel if there are less than 15 reservations, in which case, you can be moved to another tour date or your ticket purchase will be refunded. If you have to cancel outside the 7 day cancelation policy a refund of $100 will be given. We will keep $5 for credit card fees. We also have a 7 day cancelation policy, which states that no refunds are given within 7 days of the tour. If you must cancel within the 7 days, you will receive a credit to use at a later date (within 1 year) on any other tour available.
