Event Description:

Join us for an all-inclusive wine tour experience!

Your wine tour features these four destinations: 

 

  • WILLOW SPRING MERCANTILE    Your adventure begins in this unique Excelsior Springs downtown shop. Willow Spring Mercantile established by Jim and Daphne Bowman in 2005. Willow Spring boasts the state's largest selection of Missouri wines, craft beers, and distilled spirits. Enjoy brunch paired with Missouri-made wines in their exquisite wine cellar bistro. Brunch includes made-from-scratch ham and vegetable quiche, spinach salad with fresh berries, and fresh fruit. A chocolate cappuccino brownie is served for dessert.

  • CASA DI VITE  will provide an apertivo style experience featuring an assortment of international wines. Antipasto platters to purchase. Monthly Featured Destinations will bring an additional unique variety of flavors for all to enjoy.
 
  • Walnut Creek Vineyard & Winery   Walnut Creek is a local winery dedicated to crafting premium vinifera and hybrid wines. In a true farm-to-table fashion, their vines are family-and-friend grown on small farms throughout Missouri and Colorado. Every bottle of wine will be a culinary adventure brought to you by your local community. 
 
  • Pairings By Van Till  Located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Pairings by Van Till serves boards with a variety of Charcuterie choices, cheese, vegetables, and desserts paired exclusively with wine from Van Till Family Farm Winery.

*If you have any special dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you register and our venues will do their best to accommodate.
*If you are part of a group, please let us know who is in your party, so we can set tables accordingly.
 

Trolley Wine Tour Rules & Etiquette

  1. No outside alcohol or coolers will be allowed - only alcohol purchased throughout the day may be enjoyed on the trolley.

  2. Be respectful of other trolley tour guests.

  3. Be respectful of the trolley driver. You will be asked to stay aboard the trolley or get taken back to your car early if you get to intoxicated.

  4. Be respectful while winery staff showcase their wines and are talking.

  5. Any damages or messes made on the trolley or at the winery will incur a $150 clean-up fee debited from your credit card that same day.

  6. The Excelsior Springs Trolley staff are not responsible for personal belongings left of the trolley.

PURCHASING A TROLLEY WINE TOUR TICKET MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE RULES ABOVE.

Guests will park in the parking lot at Broadway & Elizabeth intersection OR street parking is available.
Willow Spring Mercantile is adjacent to this lot. Here is where the tour begins.

$105 per person
Ticket includes transportation aboard the trolley, wine tote, bottled water, a gourmet brunch, and full tasting experiences at four local venues.

The Chamber reserves the right to cancel if there are less than 15 reservations, in which case, you can be moved to another tour date or your ticket purchase will be refunded. If you have to cancel outside the 7 day cancelation policy a refund of $100 will be given. We will keep $5 for credit card fees. We also have a 7 day cancelation policy, which states that no refunds are given within 7 days of the tour. If you must cancel within the 7 days, you will receive a credit to use at a later date (within 1 year) on any other tour available.


PRIVATE WINE TOURS AVAILABLE: Private Trolley Wine Tours can be made for groups of 10 or more. We can accommodate your large group separately from the regular tour so that all guests may have a better wine tour experience.          CALL 816-630-7500 for details.
