Event Description:
Join us for an all-inclusive culinary experience aboard the Excelsior Springs Chamber Trolley! The tour starts with an amazing appetizer experience at one of Excelsior's most historic hotels inside the Elms Tavern. Here guests will be able to spread out while enjoying delicious appetizers paired with their choice of wines hand picked from the Elms Staff to pair well with your appetizers.  From there, guests board the trolley and head to Willow Springs Mercantile where guests will begin their dining experience of an exceptional entree to be paired with venue choice Missouri wine that will compliment your main course.  The final stop will be at one of Excelsior Springs most loved hidden gems at Four Horses & A Dog Winery, here you will be treated like family and will enjoy a delicious dessert paired well with an exceptional glass of wine chosen by the venue. 


*If you have any special dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you register and our venues will do their best to accommodate.

*If you are part of a group, please let us know who is in your party, so we can set tables accordingly.
Location:
Guests are asked to arrive by 4:15pm for check-in and can park in the parking lot at Broadway and Elizabeth St. in historic downtown Excelsior Springs.  The trolley will be parked along Broadway St. awaiting your arrival.

Check-in between 4:05pm - 4:15pm in the parking lot of the intersection on Broadway St. & Elizabeth St.
Appetizer experience begins at 4:30pm
Trolley will return to Broadway & Elizabeth parking lot around 8:30pm

Fees/Admission:
Tickets are $99 per person and are all-inclusive of transportation, a progressive dinner with appetizer, entree and dessert and wine pairings at each stop. Additional drink or food purchases are up to each guest. Trolley driver tip is not included.


*COVID-19 update: If you have tested positive within the 14 days of this trolley tour or are currently waiting on COVID19 test results prior to this tour, we ask that you cancel your reservation or move your reservation to a later date for your safety and that of the other passengers.  It is recommended to bring a mask with you as the venues will require it upon checking in and moving throughout. Blauvelt Law Firm has generously donated masks making them available on the trolley for anyone who may not have one or forgot to bring one. The trolley will be wiped down and sanitized at each venue after passengers have exited.  Hand sanitizer is available to use on the trolley. We ask that you please leave distance between groups and do not crowd others as you are entering and exiting the trolley. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
