Join us for an all-inclusive Wine Tour experience.

Your wine tour includes these three destinations:

  • Willow Spring Mercantile- Your adventure begins in the charming downtown of Excelsior Springs. Opened in 2005 by Jim and Daphne Bowman, Willow Spring Mercantile is a beloved local gem. It proudly offers the largest selection of Missouri wines in the state, along with an impressive lineup of craft beers and distilled spirits.  Settle into their beautiful wine cellar bistro and enjoy a relaxed brunch thoughtfully paired with Missouri-made wines. The brunch features a made-from-scratch pork (ham/bacon) vegetable quiche, a fresh salad with seasonal toppings, and a selection of fresh fruit. To finish on a sweet note, guests are treated to a rich chocolate cappuccino brownie for dessert, paired with the finale wine.
 
  • Walnut Creek Vineyard & Winery is second in line. Walnut Creek is a local winery dedicated to crafting premium vinifera and hybrid wines. Our vintages are made using grapes from California and Washington, as well as grapes from our family farms in Colorado and Missouri. With our brick oven pizza, perfectly curated charcuterie, housemade desserts, and From the Fryer favorites, every visit to Walnut Creek will be a culinary adventure with locally sourced ingredients. Every Friday and Saturday night, the winery comes alive with incredible live music, and we have the ultimate Sunday Funday menu, including bottomless mimosas.
 
  • Shamrock Hills Vineyard & Winery is second up. Nestled in the beautiful Missouri River Valley, Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery is a hidden gem on a 323-acre farm. Mike & Denise Riley opened their doors in April 2023, creating a welcoming space for visitors to enjoy great Missouri wines, stunning views, and the warmth of camaraderie. In 2023, Shamrock planted 3,000 vines across 5 acres, adding an additional acre and 600 vines in 2024. While the estate vineyard grows and develops, Shamrock Hills has partnered with Mid-Missouri Vineyards to provide grapes and produce their first couple of vintages. We are excited for you to try our wines and savor the beauty of the land that surrounds the tasting room.

* Excelsior Springs can be difficult to navigate if you are unfamiliar with the town's layout, so plan to arrive with enough time to find parking, use the restroom, etc. Many of the downtown shops close at 5 pm Saturday and are not open on Sundays. You will have time to shop Downtown after the tour.
If you are staying at the Elms or Payne Jailhouse B&B and would like the trolley to pick you up there, please let us know in advance and our driver would be happy to do so.

Brunch will be served promptly at 10:30 am.
Tours will conclude at or around 3:30 pm. 

Trolley Tours will not wait for late arrivals. If you get lost or cannot make it, please call Willow Spring Mercantile at 816-630-7467. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Fees/Admission:

$85 per person
Ticket includes transportation, bottled water, souvenir wine glass, a gourmet brunch, a dessert brownie, and full-tasting experiences at three local venues.

The Chamber reserves the right to cancel if there are fewer than 15 reservations, in which case, you can be moved to another tour date or your ticket purchase will be refunded. If you have to cancel outside the 7-day cancelation policy a refund of $75 will be given. We will keep $10 for credit card fees. 

We also have a 7-day cancelation policy, which states that no refunds are given within 7 days of the tour. If you must cancel within the 7 days, you will receive a credit to use at a later date (within 1 year) on any other tour available.
