Join us for an all-inclusive culinary experience aboard the Excelsior Springs Chamber Trolley! This tour will start out at Willow Spring Mercantile with spanakopita with tzatziki sauce served with Chardonel. The next stop will be at Van Till Family Farm Winery where guests will enjoy smoked beef short ribs, arugula pesto, barley salad with from the farm vegetables with herb roasted beets paired with Van Till's Missouri Norton Special Reserve 2016. The third stop will be at Fence Stile Vineyards & Winery where they will feature mushroom, caramelized onion, herb and cheese "pate" medallion served with housemade herb crackers and a side of green apple, cucumber and Thai basil salad along side their amazing wine. The final stop is back at Willow Spring with a delicious peach pound cake with a grilled peach drizzled with cinnamon brown sugar sauce and served with Vignoles.
