Event Description:
Join us for an all-inclusive culinary experience aboard the Excelsior Springs Chamber Trolley! At the first stop at the The Elms Hotel & Spa guests will enjoy fried green tomato, corn succotash, goat cheese and green goddess dressing. The second stop at Elements by Food Montage will feature a summer chicken salad with dried cranberries and pecans on top of garden greens accompanied slice of grilled baguette with a mascarpone spread and poached pear. The third stop will be at Four Horses and a Dog Vineyard & Winery where you'll get penne pasta tossed with fresh basil, pesto and sauted shrimp. Upon returning to the Elms, guests will finish out the evening with key lime cheesecake parfait, lime shortbread and Chantilly cream. Plus, each stop will include a pairing with Missouri Wines!
