Join us for an all-inclusive culinary experience aboard the Excelsior Springs Chamber Trolley!

Your experience begins with an amazing appetizer & wine pairing from Casa Di Vite International Wine Cafe.  Here, host & owners, Ben and Susan Blaser will welcome you into their beautiful historic wedding venue right in the heart of Downtown Excelsior Springs. Wait until you see all the life and craftsmanship they have brought to the Downtown Historic District, it's truly one of a kind.

Next up, enjoy a 20-minute ride on the Trolley out to scenic Rayville. Here is where you will enjoy your main course paired perfectly with a glass of wine. VanTill Family Farm Winery is known for its warm hospitality, countryside setting, great wine, and wood-fired oven pizza.

Lastly, Let's enjoy a delightful dessert & wine pairing at  Shamrock Hills Vineyard & Winery. Owners Mike and Denise Riley, along with the entire Shamrock Hills staff, look forward to providing you with an Irish-themed hospitality experience where you are treated as family as they take your wine experience to the next level.

*If you have any special dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you register and our venues will do their best to accommodate.
*If you are part of a group, please let us know who is in your party, so we can set tables accordingly.
 

Trolley Wine Tour Rules & Etiquette

  1. No outside alcohol or coolers will be allowed - only alcohol purchased throughout the day may be enjoyed on the trolley.

  2. Be respectful of other trolley tour guests.

  3. Be respectful of the trolley driver. You will be asked to stay aboard the trolley or get taken back to your car early if you get to intoxicated.

  4. Be respectful while winery staff showcase their wines and are talking.

  5. Any damages or messes made on the trolley or at the winery will incur a $150 clean-up fee debited from your credit card that same day.

  6. The Excelsior Springs Trolley staff are not responsible for personal belongings left of the trolley.

PURCHASING A TROLLEY WINE TOUR TICKET MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE RULES ABOVE.


 
Location:
Parking for this tour is located at 112 S. Thompson Ave. This is a public lot located across from Casa Di Vite, your first stop on the tour. 

Guests will be dropped off at this location to your cars at the end of the tour.

Fees/Admission:
Tickets are $105 per person and are all-inclusive of transportation, a progressive dinner including an appetizer, entree, and dessert alongside wine pairings at each stop. Additional drink or food purchases are up to each guest.

12oz Insulated Wine Tumblers available for $20

The Chamber reserves the right to cancel if there are less than 15 reservations, in which case, you can be moved to another tour date or your ticket purchase will be refunded. If you have to cancel outside the 7 day cancelation policy a refund of $100 will be given. We will keep $5 for credit card fees. We also have a 7 day cancelation policy, which states that no refunds are given within 7 days of the tour. If you must cancel within the 7 days, you will receive a credit to use at a later date (within 1 year) on any other tour available.
