Event Description:

The ALL NEW Trolley Hops Beer Tour kicks off boarding the Chamber Trolley from Downtown Excelsior Springs at Dubious Claims Brewing Company. Trolley will depart at 1:00pm and head out of town to the second brewery on the tour TBD. Upon arrival guests will have 3 different tastings & a tour of the brewery. Guests will spend about 50-60 minutes then will re-board the trolley and head to the third Brewery TBD for the next round of tastings and tour. At 3:15, guests will board the trolley one last time to head back to Excelsior Springs where guests will finish their tastings at either Dubious Claims Brewing Company or the Atlas Saloon & Brewery. At this point the trolley will leave but guests are encouraged to hang out, drink and be merrier.
*Snacks and water will be provided on the trolley at no additional cost. Snacks may include but not limited to: single serving bags of cheez-its, potato chips, crackers, cookies, nuts, etc.

***There may also be an uber driver available in town. We'll know closer to date but you can also pre-schedule an uber ride on your own. Please be responsible.

****If any guest should cause a "clean-up" issue, there will be a $100 non-refundable charge added to their credit card that afternoon. By purchasing your ticket, you agree to this possibility.

*COVID-19 update: If you have tested positive within the 14 days of this trolley tour or are currently waiting on COVID19 test results prior to this tour, we ask that you cancel your reservation or move your reservation to a later date for your safety and that of the other passengers. It is recommended to bring a mask with you as the venues will require it upon checking in and moving throughout. Blauvelt Law Firm has generously donated masks making them available on the trolley for anyone who may not have one or forgot to bring one. The trolley will be wiped down and sanitized at each venue after passengers have exited. Hand sanitizer is available to use on the trolley. We ask that you please leave distance between groups and do not crowd others as you are entering and exiting the trolley. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Date/Time Information:

Check in for this tour is at 11:35am, place to be announced at a later date. Please use restrooms prior to boarding the trolley. Trolley will depart no later than 11:45am. The trolley portion of the tour concludes around 4:30pm back in Downtown Excelsior Springs.

Fees/Admission:

Tickets are $59 per person and include three beer tastings at three separate locations. Any additional food/drink purchases and gratuities are the responsibility of the guest. Bookings must be made in advance and paid in full.

Although this tour is expected to sell out in advance, the Chamber reserves the right to cancel any of the tours if there are not enough reservations or if the weather turns inclement. Only then will you receive a refund. Cancelations must be made at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to receive a refund. After that, no refund will be issued.

There are no physical tickets for this event. You will be checked in upon arrival based on the reservation list.
