Event Description:

This spirited journey will begin with dinner at Dubious Claims Brewing Company where you will enjoy a personal 7 inch pepperoni or cheese pizza, with their special cheese blend paired with a brewmaster's choice adult beverage. Next, you will enjoy a private ghost tour of the haunted Vail Mansion, located in Independence, Missouri. Here you will enjoy a 45 minute ghost tour & a 45 minute ghost hunt with equipment while hearing the stories of hauntings that have happened in the past. Next, you will be handed a shooter to enjoy on the trolley trip back to Excelsior Springs. The final stop on the tour will be at the Ventana Gourmet Grill, here you will enjoy a homemade dessert alongside delicious spiked hot chocolate. This will be the perfect ending to a spooky night of fun!

****If any guest should cause a "clean-up" issue, there will be a $100 non-refundable charge added to their credit card that afternoon. By purchasing your ticket, you agree to this possibility.

Location:

Check in will be along Broadway St. at the corner of Marietta and Broadway in Downtown Excelsior Springs. Please park in the parking lots along Broadway OR along Broadway St., Guests will walk back to their cars after their last stop at Ventana Gourmet Grill.

Date/Time Information:

Check in for this tour starts at 3:30pm. The trolley will depart from the parking lot promptly at 3:40pm. The tour concludes around 10:00pm.

*COVID-19 update: If you have tested positive within the 14 days of this trolley tour or are currently waiting on COVID19 test results prior to this tour or have visited an out of state "hot spot" within 14 days of tour, we ask that you cancel your reservation or move your reservation to a later date for your safety and that of the other passengers. For passengers, you are encouraged to wear a mask aboard the trolley.
Blauvelt Law Firm has generously donated masks making them available for anyone who may not have one or forgot to bring one, that wants one. The trolley will be wiped down and sanitized at each venue after passengers have exited. Hand sanitizer is available to use on the trolley. We ask that you please leave distance between groups and do not crowd others as you are entering and exiting the trolley. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Fees/Admission:

All-inclusive tickets are $110 per person. PLEASE make sure to check which pizza topping you prefer on the next screen! Tour includes: Lunch at Dubious Claims Brewery alongside a beer or slushy. A shooter aboard the Trolley, dessert & adult hot chocolate from Ventana Gourmet Grill and a 1.5 hour ghost tour & ghost hunt at The Haunted Vaile Mansion in Independence, MO.
Any additional food/drink purchases are the responsibility of the guest. Reservations must be made in advance and paid in full. No walk-ups.

Although this tour is expected to sell out in advance, the Chamber reserves the right to cancel any of the tours if there are not enough reservations receive a refund. Cancelations must be made at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to receive a refund. After that, no refund will be issued.

There are no physical tickets for this event. You will be checked in upon arrival based on the reservation list.
