Event Description:

Join us for an all-inclusive culinary experience aboard the Excelsior Springs Chamber Trolley!
Your adventure begins in downtown Excelsior Springs at Ventana Gourmet Grill. Then you’ll hop aboard the trolley and head out to Elements Destination Restaurant. From there, you will return to downtown to experience more culinary fare from the 88 Restaurant at the Elms Hotel. Each stop will include a delightful pairing of food and drink. The featured menu will be different for each tour so you’ll have a truly unique dining experience every time!

Location:

Tours start and end in Downtown Excelsior Springs. Guests are asked to arrive to Ventana Gourmet Grill, 117 E. Broadway, Excelsior Springs MO 64024 by 3:30 pm.
*Excelsior Springs can be difficult to navigate if you are not familiar with the town's layout, so please plan to arrive with enough time to find parking, use the restroom, etc. If you are staying at the Elms and would like the trolley to pick you up there at 3:15 pm, please let us know in advance and our driver would be happy to do so.

Date/Time Information:

Tours will be held on the third Saturday of each month - May 20 through October 21. Guests are asked to arrive by 3:30 pm for check-in and seating. The first course will be served promptly at 4:00 pm. Tours will conclude at or around 8:00 pm.

Please understand that the tour cannot wait on you to start if you arrive late. We greatly appreciate your promptness and consideration of our other guests. If you get lost, will be late, or cannot make it for some reason, please call Ventana at 816-630-8600 to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Fees/Admission:

Tickets are $99 per person and include culinary "small plates" paired with an adult beverage at each of the three stops and transportation aboard the trolley.

Advance ticket purchase is required as tours are very popular and often sell out weeks in advance. In order for the venues to be adequately prepared, we can accept reservations up to 2 days before the tour. If you'd like to purchase available tickets within 48 hours of the tour, please contact the Chamber at 816-630-6161 to make sure that we can accommodate. The Chamber reserves the right to cancel if there are less than 15 reservations, in which case, you can be moved to another tour date or your ticket purchase will be refunded. We also have a 48 hour cancelation policy, which states that no refunds are given within 48 hours of the tour. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know so that the restaurant can accommodate.
