Event Description:

Hop aboard the Chamber Trolley for the first ever tasting experience that will delight coffee lovers. During this tour you will get a chef's choice pastry and learn all about The Mug Coffeehouse and their in-house roasting process. You will also experience "CUPPING" on this stop. The Mug Coffeehouse will start with a Coffee tasting, called "cupping" - it is the art and skill of exploring the aroma, flavor, mouth feel and overall quality of a coffee!! Afterward the trolley will whisk you away to Willow Spring Mercantile where you will experience coffee liqueur or a cold brew Nitro coffee blend paired with a cappuccino brownie bite and then finish up the tour at the legendary Elms Hotel with a specialty in-house coffee beverage paired with chef's choice pastry. This coffee tour is sure to awaken your taste buds.

Location:

Check in at 9:45am at the Excelsior Springs Chamber of Commerce office located at 426 S Thompson Ave where you will board the trolley.

Date/Time Information:

Check in for this tour is at 9:45am. Trolley will leave promptly at 10am. If you are late, you will have to drive to The Mug Coffeehouse where you can meet the rest of the tour and hop aboard the trolley to finish the tour. The tour concludes around 12:30pm at the Chamber office. If your car is left at The Mug, you will have to find a ride to get back to it. The trolley will NOT take you back up to The Mug. *Please be on time.

All-inclusive tickets are $30 per person and include

Any additional food/drink purchases are the responsibility of the guest. Reservations must be made in advance and paid in full. No walk-ups.

Although this tour is expected to sell out in advance, the Chamber reserves the right to cancel any of the tours if there are not enough reservations receive a refund. Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to receive a refund. After that, no refund will be issued.

There are no physical tickets for this event. You will be checked in upon arrival based on the reservation list.
